Student Showcase Submission Form
Please complete the following information to participate in the Student Showcase Field Trip performance at the Old Town School of Folk Music.  

SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE by Friday, April 27, 2018.

Performance date:  Friday, June 1, 2018
Performance time:  10:30AM-11:30AM
Location:  Old Town School of Folk Music, 4544 N Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL  60625

This event will feature the best 7th-12th grade student talent from Chicago schools, to share the incredible artistry of young people, provide a platform for community building and mutual support, and allow participants and audience members to learn from each other through the creative and performance process.  Soloists, small or large groups are welcome.  Each group is invited to share up to 10 minutes of material.  

Old Town School can provide 1 bus per participating school.  

If more groups submit than we can accommodate, we will hold a lottery.  All submitters will be notified by Friday, May 4, 2018.
